DAY 1
On Friday April 12th we activated a space within a space in one of the tunnels of Via Sammartini in NoLo, the neighborhood which has become the symbol of the extreme gentrification afflicting the city.
We engaged in conversations with local cultural practitioners to discuss housing rights, the effects of gentrification, urban policies and legislation, territorial activism, and the struggles they are facing as workers and organizers in Milan today.  
The audience was invited to enter and exit the space freely.


DAY 2
On Monday 15th April fragments of the conversations recorded during the first day animated the characters of two estate agents, who used the ephemeral architecture of the GYMNASIUM as the backdrop to shoot their promotional material, in an effort to highlight the blind spots of social and institutional communication apparatus.
